Making a Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not we would love for you to return the item for refund or exchange. Of course, we ask that the item be unworn, unwashed and be otherwise in its original condition including the tags being attached.

If you would like to return an item please fill out the included returns slip and post it with the item back to us via Registered Post within 21 days of receiving it. We recommend you carefully try your new clothes on as soon as you get them to ensure you've got time to return them if you'd like to.

Adjusting Your Order

If you make a mistake or change your mind contact us as soon as possible. If your item is yet to be shipped we'll do our best to adjust your order to suit.

Stock Availability

While Wish makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund just that item or the entire order.
